Pirate Pop Up Card

My son is going to a friend's party on Sunday so this is my attempt at a pop up card using the Sizzix 3D cake die. For the front I used Stampin' Up! DS paper and Creamy Caramel and Chocolate Chip Cardstock. Twine is SU.
The Vellum is by Flair designs, the alphabet stamps are Papermania and the map and greeting are by Woodware.

Inside I used Rusty Pickle paper, Basic Grey Cardstock wave strip, Woodware pirate stamp and fancy pants little fish stamp.
I also used stickles for the water and distress embossing powder for the "sand"
I'm going to put a piece of distressed "parchment" (i.e. inked paper!) on the bottom left so that the greeting can be written on it.
I can't wait to try another design using this die, it was really good fun to use.

Hello Anne - this is just gorgeous and definitely on my wish list - you made it look so different - I found a picture of a Noah's Ark made using the Wild About You set - but even using it for a birthday cake it looks impressive - Bridgette xxx

Great Pirate card! On the inside what stamp did you use for the scroll with the skeleton head on it? Where can I find it?

Thanks much....Janean
